Arvind kejriwal-sanjay singh: After the defeat in the Delhi elections, the Aam Aadmi Party and its leaders are not taking the name of the difficulties. Now the Entry Corruption Bureau (ACB) is preparing to clamp down on AAP Convenor Arvind Kejriwal and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh. For this, ACB will write a letter to Delhi Police.
The case is related to the allegations of AAP leaders buying their candidates before the Delhi election counting. Many AAP leaders claimed that BJP has tried to buy many of their candidates.
ACB also sent a notice regarding the case. According to the information, action is now prepared for action if there is no response to the notice. According to sources, the next few days later ACB will write a letter to the Delhi Police to take legal action against Arvind Kejriwal, Mukesh Ahlawat and Sanjay Singh.
According to sources, this letter will be written against AAP leaders to take action in other appropriate sections including spreading rumors on social media, panic creation.
Prior to the counting of Delhi elections (8 February), AAP leaders had made serious allegations of buying and selling BJP. It was claimed that the counting of votes contacted 16 candidates of the Aam Aadmi Party and offered them to make them 15 crore more ministers.
On these allegations of Kejriwal and AAP leaders, BJP wrote a letter to LG VK Saxena of Delhi demanding an inquiry into the allegations. LG entrusted the investigation to ACB.
What were Arvind Kejriwal and AAP leaders allegations?
Before counting in the Delhi elections, former CM Arvind Kejriwal had said, “Our 16 candidates have received phones that you leave” you “and come to his party, make a minister and give 15-15 crores to everyone.”
Repeating Kejriwal’s claims, AAP leader Mukesh Ahlawat also said that he was also proposed. Ahlawat said in a post on X, “I can die, I can be pieces, but I will never leave Arvind Kejriwal. I was told that his (BJP) government is being formed and if I leave AAP and join him If done, they will make me a minister and will give 15 crore rupees, but I will not leave my party until I die. “
