Additional SP Rural Deepak Sharma said that Suraj son Chhaganlal, resident of Ramsar village, has filed a case in Nasirabad Sadar police station. The victim complained that on December 13, around 4:30 pm, two youths named Ahmed and Ali tied two cow calves to the cultivator of a tractor and dragged them from their house on the main road to Kesarpura in the garbage yard near the cemetery.
