According to the police, on April 17, the victim had given a report at Siwana police station. In which it was told that on the night of 16th April, around 10 pm, Puran Singh, Dhan Singh, Vijay Singh, Suresh came riding on three bikes under the influence of alcohol due to an old enmity. With the intention of assaulting me, they forcefully entered my house and started abusing me. They started beating my son with punches and kicks. Started threatening to vacate the house. Puran Singh and Suresh pulled my chunri and separated it from my body. Insulting my modesty, I was insulted with caste based words. Dhan Singh alias Dhanveer Singh, Vijay Singh and Puran Singh threatened to kill. On the report, the police registered a case under SC-ST sections and other sections and started investigation. The investigation was done by Siwana DSP.
DSP Neeraj Kumar Sharma said – After reaching the spot, the spot was inspected. Formed a team and started searching for the accused. Due to police raid, the accused disguised themselves and escaped. On the basis of technical and information, accused Dhan Singh alias Dhanveer Singh son of Chandan Singh, Purna Singh son of Ganga Singh and Suresh Kumar alias Suraram son of Ranaram, all three residents of Siner police station Siwana, were detained. The accused were arrested after interrogating them.

When the police searched the records of the arrested accused, one case was registered against Dhan Singh in Siwana police station, four cases were registered against Purna Singh in different sections including assault on SC-ST in Siwana police station. A case is registered against Suresh Kumar. Head constable Saluram, constable Dharmendra Kumar were involved in the action.
