It is responsible for the management and development of the Melbourne Cricket Ground, one of the sport’s premier venues. However, now Master Blaster has become a member of Melbourne Cricket Club.

MCC is pleased to announce that former Indian captain Sachin Tendulkar has accepted Honorary Cricket Membership in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the game. Earlier, Sachin Tendulkar was honored with Honorary Life Membership of Yorkshire County Cricket Club in England in the year 2014. Apart from this, Master Blaster is also a life member of Marylebone Cricket Club.
