New Delhi. TVS Motor has introduced the neo-retro motorcycle Ronin 2025 Edition at its flagship annual biking event, Motosoul 4.0. The company has made many special changes in this new updated bike. Now keeping safety in mind, it has been provided with dual-channel anti-lock braking system (ABS). Along with this, some cosmetic updates have also been made in the design of the bike, which make it more attractive.
In this new edition of TVS Ronin, customers will get two new color options – Glacier Silver and Charcoal Amber. These new color options will replace the earlier Delta Blue and Stargaze Black colors. Apart from this, other color options like Magma Red, Galactic Grey, Dawn Orange, Nimbus Gray and Midnight Blue will also be available.
TVS has said that the updated Ronin will be launched in January 2025. Customers can book this motorcycle by visiting the company’s website or nearest dealership. After launch, this bike will compete with other neo-retro motorcycles like the Kawasaki W175 and the Royal Enfield Hunter 350.
The changes made in the new edition are mainly in the mid variant Ronin DS, while no changes have been made in the base variant (SS) and top variant (TD). The Glacier Silver color gets a dual-tone dark gray and silver paint scheme, which is decorated with yellow stripes and graphics on the fuel tank. The Charcoal Amber colour, on the other hand, gets a dual-tone light gray and dark blue scheme with red graphics added around the fuel tank.
A black-out fly screen has also been added to this bike above the LED headlight, which not only enhances the visual appeal of the bike but also works to deflect headwinds. Other new features on the bike include a long smoked visor, a USB charging port, a throttle body cover and a completely black engine case, fenders and exhaust.
However, no changes have been made in the mechanical side of the bike. It has a 225.9cc air and oil-cooled single-cylinder engine, which generates power of 20.1hp and torque of 19.93Nm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox with slip and assist clutch. Apart from this, the bike is also provided with adjustable lever and two ABS modes – Urban and Rain, which make it suitable on all types of roads.
This new edition of TVS Ronin not only comes with great design and features, but it has also been improved in safety and performance. This can prove to be a premium and stylish option for the customers.
