Philippines volcano: On Monday afternoon, there was an explosion in the Kanlaon Volcano in the Philippines as if a nuclear blast had taken place. After this, the ash coming out of the volcano rose up to 3,000 meters. This incident created panic in the entire area. The Civil Defense Office of the Philippines acted quickly and immediately evacuated about 87,000 people to safe places. This operation was as if the entire area had been evacuated to extinguish an uncontrolled fire.
The Philippines Institute of Volcanology and Seismology has raised the alert level to three, which means the volcano’s current eruption could turn into more dangerous eruptions. According to scientists, this volcano can reach its highest peak point at any time.

Kanlaon Volcano, located on the island of Negros, was previously active in June 2024. It is counted among the most active volcanoes of the Philippines.
