Israel has started attacking Gaza again. According to Israel Defense Forces, the Air Force is doing airplaces at Hamas bases in Gaza. According to the Times of Israel, 60 people have died in these attacks so far.
This is the biggest attack in Israel’s Gaza after a ceasefire started in Israel-Hamas on 19 January. The Israeli army says that it was targeting terrorists planning an attack.
Israel has stopped food, medicines, fuel and other supply in Gaza for the last two weeks and demanded that the Hamas struggle be accepted in the ceasefire agreement.

According to Gaza’s Health Ministry, the death toll may increase further.
Hamas told a violation of ceasefire
Hamas has described the Israeli air strikes as a violation of ceasefire. Hamas has threatened that Israel’s move has put its hostage in danger and blamed the Israeli government for this. Hamas said that Israel has carried out attacks without any provocation.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that he conducted this attack because the conversation on ceasefire was not moving forward. Netanyahu has threatened to start war again several times.
33 Israeli mortgage released in the first phase of ceasefire
The first phase of the ceasefire ends on 1 March. In the first phase, Hamas has left 33 hostage, including 8 bodies. At the same time, Israel has released Palestinian prisoners from 2 thousand. Negotiations have not started yet on the second phase of the beach ceasefire in Israel and Hamas.
About 60 hostages were to be released in this phase. At the same time, there was a talk of ending the war completely.
Ceasefire deal is to be completed in three phases
This deal of exchange of prisoners between Israel and Palestine will be completed in three phases. In this, hostage will be swapped for 42 days.
First Phase:
- From January 19 to March 1, there was a complete ceasefire in Gaza. Hamas 33 released Israeli hostages. Israel will release 33 Palestinian prisoners in lieu of one of its hostages daily. 50 Palestinian prisoners will be released in lieu of each Israeli female soldier.
Second phase:
- It was said that on the 16th day of the first phase, i.e. by February 3, everything goes well, then the negotiation on the second phase plan will begin. The attack will not be done during this time. The remaining hostages will be released alive. However, the conversation has not started yet.
- Israel will release 1 thousand Palestinian prisoners, out of which around 190 prisoners have been serving sentence for more than 15 years.
Third Phase:
- Gaza will be resettled in the last phase of this deal. It will take 3 to 5 years. The bodies of hostage killed in Hamas’s possession will also be handed over to Israel.
