Blast occurred in a scooter kept outside an apartment building
According to reports, Igor Kirillov and his assistant were killed when an explosive device hidden in an electric scooter detonated as they were passing near an apartment building in south-eastern Moscow on Tuesday. The Russian investigative agency has said that the explosion occurred outside an apartment building.
Russia said- will definitely take revenge
After Igor’s murder, a round of high-level meetings have started to review the security preparedness of Russian military officials as well as to take revenge. Former President of Russia and currently senior security official Dmitry Medvedev said that now Ukraine’s military and political leadership will have to bear the brunt of this. Given these circumstances, speculations are being made that Russia can launch a nuclear attack on Ukraine at any time.
Russia is giving indications of nuclear attack
The fear of a nuclear attack on Ukraine seems to be increasing because Russia has started making mobile bomb shelters. These can provide protection from a variety of hazards, including waves and radiation generated by a nuclear explosion. The Emergency Ministry’s research institute said the ‘KUB-M’ shelter can provide protection from natural and man-made threats for up to 48 hours.
