‘Fateh’ Star Sonu Sood Who is often Hailed For His Humble Nature and Philanthropic Work, Has Found Himself Embroiled in A Controversy. Reports claim that Ludhiana’s Judicial Magistrate Ramanpreet Kaur Has Issued An Arrest Warrant Against Sonu Sood. The actor is facing this legal turbulence and he allegedly skipped testimony in a fraud case.
According to various news reports, the warrant was synt to Oshiwara Police Station In Mumbai’s Andheri West, and It Instructed The Officials to Arrest Sonu Sood and Present Him in Court.
“Sonu Sood, Has Been Duly Served With Summon (S) or Warrant (s) But He/She Has Failed To Attend (Absconds and Keeps Out of the Way for the Purpose of Avoiding Service of A Summan (S) or Warranant )).
“You are here here directed to return this warrant on or before 10-02-2025 with an endorsement certificate the day on and the manner in which it has been executed, or the reason with the reason why it is found”
All about the Sonu Sood Fraud Case
According to the report, the case has been filled by Ludhiana’s Lawyer, Rajesh Khanna. His case states an individual mohit shukla defrauded he of Rs 10 lakh. His allegations say he was lured to invest in a fake rijika coin and sonu was to testify in the case.
The magistrate has authorized an arrest warrant for the actor due to his disregard for the summons. It has been reported that the following hearing for the case is scheduled for February 10.
