Cricket Australia (CA) said on Sunday that the Indian men’s team will tour Australia for a series of three ODIs and five T20 internationals later this year.
The visiting team will play white ball matches between October 19 and November 8. While 50 overs matches will be of day and night, T20 matches will be held on the night.
For the first time during the upcoming 2025-26 session, men’s international matches will be held in all eight states and regions of Australia. Both Canberra and Hobart are set to host India during the five -match T20 series.
India and Australia, which made it to the finals of the World Cup 2023, will also play 50 overs matches in Perth, Adelaide and Sydney earlier.
India will return to Australia after the five-Test board-Gavaskar Trophy in 2024-25. During the Boarder-Gavaskar Trophy, new records of the number of audiences in Australia were made.
