Union Minority Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju offered a chadar sent by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the shrine of Sufi saint Moinuddin Chishti during the ongoing Urs at Ajmer Dargah on Saturday, January 4. AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi was shocked by the sheet sent by PM Modi. Expressed his anger in a poetic style.
Starting with poetry, he said, “The sheets sent by the PM… Some poet has said something good about our PM… He treated our wounds like this, even if he applied ointment, it was with the tip of a thorn. This is BJP and Sangh Parivar are going to the court here and there saying that this is not a mosque, that is not a dargah… if the Prime Minister wants, then all this will be stopped for the last 10 years. There is a BJP government and Narendra Modi is the Prime Minister.”
He further said that the Government has no stand on the Places of Worship Act which was passed in the Parliament and what the Government said after Ram Mandir. That is why today you are seeing that the issues of more than 7 mosques and dargahs are from Uttar Pradesh only, where BJP is in power and from where the Prime Minister is an MP. Nothing is going to happen by sending the sheet. Everyone will keep sending the chadar, but the message that the government gives behind sending that chadar is not just that we are giving the chadar, we are giving it to the community which has faith in all these things like Dargah and Mosque. , we accept that.
You are sending sheets and your fans…: Owaisi
AIMIM Chief said, “You are sending a sheet if your loved ones are going to the court that Khwaja’s Dargah is not a Dargah…not a mosque. This thing needs to be stopped. It is the job of the government to stop these things.” Stop it.”
