According to the information, a student of the school had reached with a gun and fired indiscriminately on the one who showed in front. After this, the student went to the washroom and shot himself and committed suicide. Police said that they received information at 10 am (local time) and shortly after, the sounds of bullets were heard from inside the school building.
The local police has advised people to stay away from that area and follow the instructions of the officials. The police posted on the social media platform X and told that the school has been evacuated and all have been taken to a safe place. He further explained that the situation is under control and there is no danger now. The city of Austria is located in the southeast of the country and has a population of about 300,000.
