Azerbaijan Airlines plane became victim of a tragic accident on Wednesday (December 25, 2024) at Aktau Airport in Kazakhstan. In the pictures of the accident, it can be seen that the parts of the plane were blown away and its parts are seen scattered far and wide on the ground. This painful accident happened due to collision of birds. A correspondent of Russian news agency Sputnik has given this information. The plane was about to make an emergency landing at Aktau Airport, when a flock of birds collided with the plane’s engine and the oxygen cylinder burst. It was also reported that some passengers had become unconscious just before the accident.
There is an atmosphere of mourning across the world due to this plane crash. The Embraer E190AR plane of Azerbaijan Airlines was carrying 62 passengers and five crew members from Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
