The girl told the police that she would have had to wait a long time to come to India legally, so she decided to cross the border on foot. However, when he crossed the border, he was caught by the Border Security Force and sent to the custody of West Bengal Police. Where the girl told her story.

Police said that a 17-year-old ISKCON devotee girl had entered India by illegally crossing the border in North Dinajpur district of West Bengal. The girl claimed that some of her relatives live in India and she was going to their house. The police is investigating this matter thoroughly. It is also trying to find out whether anyone helped him in crossing the border.
The girl’s relative gave information
The police officer said, some relatives of the girl live in Jalpaiguri district. We have contacted them. Speaking to news agency PTI, a relative of the girl said, ‘She is a devotee of ISKCON. His father is a medical representative in Bangladesh and is ill. Due to threats from fundamentalists, they were planning to send him to India for his safety.
