Taiwan’s Defense Ministry said on Wednesday that the Chinese army has added military pressure near Taiwan. 31 military aircraft, 1 vessel and 9 naval ships of China have been seen in the airspace and surrounding areas of Taiwan.
Of these, 22 aircraft crossed the Median Line of Taiwan Strait and entered the northern, central, south-western and eastern regions of Taiwan. The ministry said that Taiwan’s army monitored the situation and retaliated.
A day earlier, MND had told that 61 Chinese aircraft flew till 8:15 am and many had crossed the Median line. Along with this, many naval ships were also seen.
Taiwan’s army is giving priority to war preparation amid rising threats. According to Defense Minister Wellington Ku, new training is being given to soldiers with new weapons. President Lai Ching-Tee said that the country will have to be ready for a long battle and it is necessary to make arms reserves.

5 people were injured in firing in the city of Waterbury in the Connectic State of America. The incident took place late on Tuesday at the Brass Mill Center Mall.
Waterbury Police Chief Fernando Spagnollo said that all the injured are undergoing treatment in local hospitals. However, he did not give much information about the condition of the injured.
