4 cities of India, where IPL will be

According to the Times of India report, the BCCI is monitoring the situation for the remaining matches of the IPL. If the IPL starts after a week, the Cricket Board can have the remaining matches in Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata and Hyderabad. But the BCCI is going to take a decision only after seeing the ongoing tension between India and Pakistan.

When was the match canceled?

The match was going on between Delhi Capitals and Punjab Kings at Dharamshala Stadium on the night of 8 May. In this match, Punjab team came to bat first and only got 10.1 overs. During that time, there were failed attacks on India from Pakistan, in view of which the BCCE decided to cancel the match there keeping in mind the safety of all. After this, all the people present in the stadium were taken out safely.

IPL players returned to Delhi

After the cancellation of the match between Delhi-Punjab, all the players of the IPL supporting staff and crew members were brought to New Delhi by special train. On the night of May 9, all the members associated with the IPL have returned safely from the Vande Bharat train. The BCCI says that the safety of the players is the most important for us.
