Players were given exemption for some time –
In fact, the medical team of the Board of Control for Cricket in India was completely paying attention to the injuries of the players. The team was working to ensure that the players do not get injured. For this reason, leniency was maintained for some time in the matter of fitness level. But now again a strict stance will be adopted.
Why may the problems of Team India players increase?
If Yo-Yo test is implemented on the Indian team, the problems of many players may increase. It is very difficult to pass the yo-yo test. During the Yo-Yo test, players have to run 20 meters and then come back. This is a total race of 40 meters. There is a fixed time to complete a round. During this test, there is a break of only 10 seconds and it is repeated again. Because of this many players fail.
