Pappu Yadav on PK: Students are on the streets demanding the cancellation of the 70th examination of Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC). Now politicians have also entered it. While on one hand, Jan Swaraj Party founder Prashant Kishore is sitting on a fast, on the other hand, supporters of independent MP from Purnia Pappu Yadav are carrying out Rail Roko agitation at various places. Meanwhile, Pappu Yadav has made a big attack on PK.
In fact, Purnia MP Pappu Yadav and his supporters have started a march from Patna Secretariat in support of the students’ protest against BPSC. During this he said that Prashant Kishore is a lost case, a gambler. He works like Natwarlal.
Pappu will meet the Governor regarding BPSC issue
Pappu Yadav says, ‘When will the papers be leaked? When will the future life of children become hell? This fight is not only about BPSC, it is a fight for the future of children. Politicians, coaching mafia and officials have together ruined the lives of 13 crore people. Tomorrow we will also meet the new Governor.
‘He is a lost case, working like Natwarlal…’
Commenting on PK’s fast unto death, Pappu Yadav at Secretariat Halt said, ‘Whose name do we take? Fill your stomach at 5 o’clock. Work without law. Ours is a democracy. Where were you missing for 14 days? Let’s pretend, they know they won’t be allowed to sit there. If you want to protest then go to Gardnibagh. He is a lost case, a gambler. He works like Natwarlal.
Strike at Secretariat Halt
On Friday, independent MP from Purnia Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav along with his supporters staged a protest on the railway tracks at Patna Secretariat halt. This morning, a large number of Pappu Yadav’s supporters gathered at the Secretariat Halt railway station and sat on the railway tracks. They tried to disrupt the movement of trains.
In view of the announcement of Rail and National Highway Roko campaign with the supporters of Pappu Yadav over the BPSC issue, a large number of security personnel have been deployed at the Secretariat Halt railway station, so that the protesters are not able to disrupt the movement of trains. Regarding his next step, he said that he will approach the Supreme Court regarding this matter.
Prashant Kishore is sitting on fast unto death
Talking about Prashant Kishore, he is on fast unto death since Thursday at Gandhi Maidan in Patna demanding cancellation of BPSC exam. He told journalists that their fast would continue until the government considered the students’ demands. Let us tell you that three days ago, Kishor had given a ’48-hour ultimatum’ to the Nitish Kumar government to take action on the demands of the angry candidates.
What will I do if I don’t do politics?- PK
The Patna district administration had on Thursday registered an FIR against PK and his supporters for sitting on a fast unto death, saying that it was against the rules and regulations at Gandhi Maidan. In such a situation, when the administration declared his fast illegal, Kishore said, ‘Under which law can we not sit here? This is a public place and many events including horticulture fair are being organized here. Hundreds of people come here for a walk every day. We are not damaging any public property. The public is not facing any kind of problem due to our fast.
PK says, ‘We are doing our work, let the government do its work. The fast will continue. No one has come to me to raise it, it will be seen when he comes to raise it… I have been working in Bihar for the last two and a half years, what will I do if I don’t do politics? If you beat someone and I am sitting here in support of them – and then you call it politics, then I am doing politics. Nitish Kumar does not want to work, he only wants to be in power and that is why he did not help the people of Bihar during the time of Covid. They are not worried about other things, rather they are only worried about staying in power.
Announcement of demonstration and torch procession
Let us tell you that AISA, the student wing of CPI(ML) Liberation, along with like-minded organizations, has announced to protest in front of the Chief Minister’s residence regarding the BPSC issue. Apart from this, the state unit of Youth Congress has also announced to take out a torch procession to the Samadhi of the first President Rajendra Prasad, located one kilometer away from Sadakat Ashram, the party headquarters in Patna.
