Caste Census: Political scenario has completely changed from the announcement of inclusion of ethnic calculations in the census. The BJP government at the Center made a bet of ethnic calculations in an attempt to understand the opportunity before the elections to be held in Bihar and then Uttar Pradesh. This is also because for some time the Congress, the Samajwadi Party in Uttar Pradesh, the RJD politics in Bihar, rests on the caste calculation. Although a trick of the BJP government has not only spoiled the opposition game, but it has created a situation of scattering within the Indi Alliance.
It cannot be sidelined that the BJP government did not appear in favor of ethnic census in the beginning. The first caste census was surveyed in Bihar, after which its demand in different states of the country caught up. The Congress conducted a similar survey in Telangana and the party moved forward in the same direction in Karnataka. Well, BJP came late to support the caste census, but a big weapon of the opposition has taken its hand. In such a situation, the opposition teams are in the race to take credit.
Congress gave full credit to Rahul
The Congress has declared Rahul Gandhi as a public and the BJP is pressurizing the party MP behind the government’s decision. In simple words, the Congress has given credit for the decision taken on the caste census by snatching credit from the BJP government. The Congress is showing it a lot on social media platforms. The entire army of leaders has been removed, who are busy calling their leader Rahul Gandhi a hero. The Congress has even practiced so that the ethnic calculation at the Center should be done on the Telangana model.
BRS rejected Congress’s Telangana model
Here BRS has come out against the Telangana model of Congress. BRS leader’s poetry targeted the Telangana government for not doing caste census properly in the state. He claimed that the caste census in the state was done in a ‘flawed’ manner and urged the Center not to follow the model of the state government.
Akhilesh-Tejasvi jumped into the ground after Congress move
It also has to be understood that by creating Rahul Gandhi, the Congress has rejected leaders like Tejashwi Yadav and Akhilesh Yadav, who are also part of the INDI Alliance themselves. In this situation, Akhilesh Yadav and Tejashwi have started giving credit for ethnic calculations to their parties. Akhilesh Yadav claims that the government has decided to conduct caste census with the solidarity of the PDA. PDA is a formula of Akhilesh Yadav, which he is walking with elections.

Here Lalu Yadav tries to take full credit and says that Bihar gives political direction to the country. It was said that the ear will hold the penal census by holding a penal meeting. Meanwhile, Lalu Yadav predicted that now seats will be reserved for backward and backward back.

Meanwhile, Tejashwi Yadav has shown a letter of 2021, writing a letter to 33 prominent leaders of the country, requesting to support the caste census. Tejashwi Yadav said that we and our socialist leaders have given many sacrifices for caste census, equality and fraternity. There are many insults, character abuses and caste comments.

Know the side of BJP government on ethnic calculations
According to serial number 69 of the Central List of Article 246 of the Constitution, the census is the subject of the Central Government. Despite this, the Congress conducted the caste survey in the state, which was exactly the same as the last time the Congress conducted the survey (SECC) instead of caste census. The BJP is reminding the Congress.
According to the press note of the BJP government at the Center on the caste -wise calculation, in 2010, the then Prime Minister Manmohan Singh assured in the Lok Sabha that caste census would be considered in the cabinet. This was followed by a cabinet group formed. In this, most political parties recommended caste -based census. Despite this, the Manmohan government conducted a survey (SECC) instead of caste census.
BJP leader Amit Malviya says- ‘Congress and its allies used the subject of caste census only for their political gains.’
