

Champions trophy: The Indian phase ‘Trophy’ tour for the ICC (International Cricket Council) Champions Trophy, starting from 19th of this month, concluded in Mumbai and Bangalore. The 50 -over tournament of eight teams will be held in Pakistan and Dubai. Its final will be played on March 9.
The ICC said in a statement on Monday, “Trophy traveled to all eight countries participating in this tournament during its global visit. With the conclusion of India Charan, it will travel to its last stop in Pakistan. ”
During the tour of Mumbai, the trophy was taken on a tour of Wankhede Stadium, Shivaji Park, Gateway of India, Carter Road, Historic Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus and Bandstand. It was also displayed during the ceremony organized to mark 50 years of the Wankhede Stadium.
The trophy in Bengaluru visited places including Nexus Santiniketan Mall, Bangalore Palace, Freedom Park, KR Market, Town Hall, St. Mary Basilica, M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Church Stadium, Church Stadium and Vidyarthi Bhavan.
