Sia, the ‘cheap thrills’ singer, files for divorce from a husband, dan bernard, whom she married two years ago. The court documents reveal that the Australian singer-songwriter’s reason for divorce allegedly is ‘irreconcilable differenties.’
According to the people, the estranged duo welcomed their son, somersault wonder bernard, 11 months ago. The documents state that ‘unstoppable’ singer is asking for legal and physical custody of the child with what she has no objection to visitation rights of bernard. The Physical Custody Time Limit will be decided by the parents. Additionally, sia has been asked the court to not grant rights to benard for any spousal support.
