Ketwali police received information that a person named Imran Majeed was planning to sell brown sugar in Ghazipura Prithviganj. On which the police station officer reached Ghazipura Prithviganj with the team. Where a person was seen as per the description given by the informer. When asked the name of Rakkar, he identified himself as local resident Imran Majeed. On searching, a plastic bag was found in the pocket of his pants.
35 small bundles of paper were found inside the bag. When opened, brown sugar was found. A total of 5 grams 430 mg brown sugar was recovered from Imran. Imran did not have any license or permit in this regard. On which he was arrested. Later the challan was presented by the police. On the basis of the existing evidence, the court gave its verdict holding Imran guilty of illegally possessing brown sugar in this case.
