Cricketer Death Cardiac Arrest in Punjab: A heartbreaking video has surfaced on social media, in which a cricketer died on the middle ground. This case is from Ferozepur in Punjab, where the batsman fell on the pitch after a few moments of six. Other players present there attempted to give CPR, but could not be saved. The name of the deceased player is being described as Harjeet Singh, who was a resident of Ferozepur. This match was being played at DAV School.
In this video revealed, the batsman hit the first six, after that he came towards his fellow batsman and sat on the knees in the middle of the pitch. It was only a few moments when this player fell on the ground. Immediately people came forward for help, an attempt was made to give CPR, which could not work unfortunately.

A similar case came to light in the year 2024 when a player named Imran Patel had a chest pain problem in Pune. Imran had also told the umpires about this, when he was going towards the pavilion, he fell on the ground. He was immediately rushed to the nearest hospital, where he was declared dead. The incident with Imran Patel was shocking because despite being very fit, he had a heart attack.
There have been reports of the accidental demise of the players in the recent past. Even people under 30 have been seen having a heart attack. Another incident came to light in June 2024 when Ram Ganesh Tanwar fell on the ground after putting Six in a match organized by a company in Mumbai.
