The parents of Indian-origin American student Sudiksha Konanki have requested the police of the Republic of Dominican to declare Sudiksha dead. Sudiksha Konanki disappeared from the Caribbean Island Dominican Republic on Thursday last week. It is believed that he died due to drowning.
He was last seen on 6 March at the Ru Republic Resort located in Punta Kana city of Dominican Republic. The 3 officials involved in the investigation said that Konanki was walking on the beach on March 5 with her 6 friends, after which she probably went to the sea and drowned at night.
