Usa-china on tariff: US President Donald Trump has warned China that if it does not remove 34 percent tariffs imposed on American goods, the US would impose 50 percent tariff on China. Trump has given China time till April 8 for this decision.
Trump says that if China does not withdraw its tariff, America will not only impose heavy tariffs, but will also stop all conversations with China. In fact, the US had imposed tariffs on some Chinese goods, in response to which China also put tariffs on American goods. Trump has become angry with this.
Trump said this on social media
US President Donald Trump has attacked China fiercely in a post on Truth Social. Trump said, “China has already imposed a lot of tariffs. In such a situation, it is not right to impose tax anymore. If any country replies by imposing more tax on America, then it will have to face even more big tax immediately.”
‘China take back its tariff’
US President Donald Trump has said that if China does not withdraw the disturbances in its trade and 34% tariffs by 8 April 2025, the US will impose 50% more tax on China from 9 April. Along with this, all the conversations and meetings going on with China will also be closed.
Trump defended his tariff policy and said that many countries of the world are talking to America, but now a right way has been decided for talks. He said that many countries have falsely treated in trade with America. Now this attitude has to be changed, especially China will have to correct its behavior.
China had made serious allegations
China on Monday alleged that the US is trying to put pressure by applying tariffs. China’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Lynn Gian said that what America is doing is against international rules. This unilateral decision is like trying to save its industries and creating financial pressure. Lynn also said that due to these new tax of America, the process of making and reaching things around the world has been affected. This has also caused a big loss to the world’s economy.
