Kail: Kel is quite popular vegetable. It also has a stock of nutrients. Kail contains a lot of vitamins A, C and K. Consumption of Kail benefits in case of high cholesterol complaint. Banel juice helps in reducing all three blood pressure, blood cholesterol and blood sugar. Consumption of black is also beneficial for teeth.

Broccoli: Despite being a foreign vegetable, Brokli is also being liked a lot in India due to its qualities. This cabbage belongs to the family of cauliflower. Broccoli contains a lot of vitamin and C. Its intake helps prevent many diseases as well as prevent cancer cells from growing.
