Adani Group will invest 2.10 lakh crore rupees in Madhya Pradesh. The group chairman Gautam Adani has announced this at the ongoing Global Investor Summit in Bhopal. Group companies will invest Rs 1.10 lakh crore in mining, smart vehicle, thermal energy sector.
This will provide employment to 1 lakh 20 thousand people in Madhya Pradesh by 2030. Along with this, the Adani Group is planning an additional investment of Rs 1 lakh crore in Smart City, Airport and Coal Bed Area after talking to the Government of Madhya Pradesh.
Adani said that Madhya Pradesh is currently the biggest investment ready state in the country. He said that this is not just investment, it is a milestone to make a state a national leader in industrial and economic growth. We have already invested ₹ 50 thousand crore in Madhya Pradesh’s Energy, Infrastructure, Manufacturing and Agri business sectors. This has provided employment to more than 25 thousand people.
Gautam Adani said in the summit that we have invested ₹ 50 thousand crore in MP earlier too.
CM Mohan Yadav said- State will get new direction
On the announcement of Adani, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that the idea and perspective of Gautam Adani will give a new direction to the employment opportunities and progress of the state for the youth. He said that this will open new doors of development in the state.
