General Upendra Dwivedi: Indian Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi is on a four -day visit to France. He was welcomed as soon as he reached here. He was given a ‘Guard of Honor’ on behalf of the French Army in Les Invelids. Pictures of this honor have been shared with the Indian Army’s social media handle.
Along with this, General Dwivedi also interacted with French Army Chief General Pierre Shil. Different aspects of bilateral defense cooperation between the two military heads, the two armies had talks about further strengthening military relations and increasing mutual commitment to global peace and security.
Army Chief Paris also went to Military School and Institution Complex ‘Ecole Militaire’. Here he inquired about the Future Combat Command (CCF). After this, he also visited Battle Lab Terry in General Dwivedi Versels.

The purpose of General Dwivedi’s visit to France is to strengthen military cooperation between the two countries, find new avenues of cooperation and increase strategic partnership between the armed forces of the two countries.

General Dwivedi will visit Marsile on 25 February. Here he will visit the third division of the France Army. The next day he will go to Carpiagne and look at the performance of the Scorpion Division.
On February 27, General Dwivedi will visit the Indian War Memorial at the New Y Chapel to pay floral tributes in honor of the Indian soldiers who participated in the First World War. On the same day, he will also give a lecture at the French Joint Staff College, Ecole de Gaare, in which he will keep his attitude on the developing nature of modern war and the strategic vision of India.
