Question: Had the father’s business at a young age, what challenges came? answer: When I joined Parle Agro, I was going to be a part of a legacy. At the same time, a developed industry was going to step. My biggest challenge was that I should not just recognize my post, but also with my hard work and ability.
For this, I understood the business deeply. My father was my biggest guide. I spent more time to understand my business, learn its culture and values. I worked with the team at every level and tried to learn everything. I insisted on trust and mutual understanding instead of asserting rights.
Question: Did you have to prove yourself? answer: There are a different kind of pressure and expectations when you become a part of a family business. Usually, people have the belief that things are easily found in family business, in fact one has to work double to prove themselves. To tell that you have made your place with your hard work.
Question: How did I get the idea of starting brands like Frutti, APP? answer: It has always been our biggest strength to do something new. When we launched Frutti in 1985, mango juice was made at home at that time. When we launched it in a packet, it was new to the people of India. People gave response to Futu.
After this, in 2005 we launched APP Fiz, which became extremely popular due to its unique taste, affordable price and great packaging. We keep improving our products according to the changing choice of consumers.

Question: How do you see Madhya Pradesh from the point of view of investment? answer: Madhya Pradesh is in the middle of India, which is a very good place for business. Power and water facilities are constantly available here, due to good roads and transport systems, transportation is easy. Good people are also found to work here. Apart from this, the policies of the government are also going to promote business.
Question: Where will Parle and where will it invest in Madhya Pradesh? answer: We have invested in Mandideep Industrial Area near Bhopal in the last 20-25 years. We have also developed our dairy business and this expansion has happened especially in Madhya Pradesh. Now we are planning to set up another plant in Gwalior.
For this, we will invest about 600-700 crores in Gwalior. It is expected that this plant will be ready in the coming two-three years.

Question: How does a balance in personal and professional life? answer: I am disciplined and quite confirmed of time. These two things help me to maintain balance in my work and family life. I try to spend a good time with my son but never forget that my work is my priority.
Question: What is the message for women who want to become an enterprise? answer: I would say that the most important is confidence. If you have a dream and you want to achieve something, do not allow anyone to discourage you. If you believe in yourself, just move forward and achieve your goal.
