There is an increase in the prices of gold and silver today i.e. on 16 January. According to India Bullion and Jewelers Association (IBJA), 10 grams of 24 carat gold has increased by Rs 294 to Rs 78,718. Earlier the price of gold was Rs 78,424 per ten grams.
At the same time, the price of one kg silver has increased by Rs 1,668 to Rs 91,218 per kg. Earlier it was at Rs 89,550 per kg. Gold had made an all-time high of Rs 79,681 per 10 grams on October 30 last year. At the same time, silver had reached Rs 99,151 per kg on 23 October 2024.
