Mazhar ul Qamar, coach of AMU Gymnasium Club, said that morning walks and exercise are beneficial for students during studies. What should be facilities in gym

Coach Mazhar ul Qamar said that where there is no fresh air in the gymnasium, there is no cross ventilation, proper oxygen is not available, the gym is more crowded than capacity, in such an environment, exercising more than your physical capacity proves fatal.
