Pakistan blast: On Friday (February 28, 2025) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of North Western Pakistan, a big bomb blast in front of a mosque, killing five people and injured dozens, but in the blast, Maulana Hameed ul Haq Haqqani, son of Maulana Sameh Ul Haq, who was called ‘Father of Taliban’ in Pakistan, also died. According to the report, the explosion occurred in Darul Uloom Haqqani madrasa in Akhora Khatak area of ​​Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The big thing is that the attacker was present in the mosque recently during the Namaz. He exploded as soon as the Namaz was over. The blast in the mosque was performed after the prayers of Jumme. The surprising thing is that Haqqani’s father was also murdered in the house on Friday and after that Haqqani also died during the blast in the madrasa. Maulana Hameed ul Haq Haqqani was the head of the madrasa and often remained the subject of discussion about the anti -India statement.
Three policemen also included in those who died
Darul Uloom Haqqani Madrasa is located about 80 km from Peshawar, where the explosion took place at 2 pm. The accident was so terrible that people’s body pieces were seen scattered. IG police of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa say that three policemen are also among those who died. The same injured have been admitted to the hospitals of professional and Naushehra for treatment, whose condition is critical at this time.
Madrasa was often surrounded in controversies
According to the IG police of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the attack was carried out to target Maulana Haqqani, who was also an MP from 2002 to 2007. Hakkani also visited Afghanistan last year to reduce tension between Kabul and Islamabad. Darul Uloom Haqqani Madrasa is often surrounded in controversies as it belongs to the Taliban.
Father stabbed to death
Hakkani’s father Maulana Jum -Ul Haq was also stabbed to death in the house in Garison, Rawalpindi. However, no one has taken responsibility for this blast yet, but it is being said that the Daesh group against the Taliban can be behind it.
