
IND vs ENG T20 Squad Announced: India has announced the team for T20 against England. But there are five players who have not got a chance. The names of some legendary players are also included in the list including Shubman Gill and Rishabh Pant. Team India will play a five-match series against England under the captaincy of Suryakumar Yadav from January 12. The Board of Control for Cricket in India announced the team for this series on Saturday night.
Actually, the selection committee of BCCI has given rest to Gill and Pant. Both these players had gone on Australia tour for the Test series. But now he will not be a part of the T20 series against England. Gill and Pant may get a chance for the ODI series. BCCI has not yet announced the team for the ODI series and Champions Trophy.

BCCI rested Gill and Pant. Whereas Yashasvi Jaiswal has been kept away from the T20 series. They are not part of it. Along with Yashasvi, KL Rahul and Rituraj Gaikwad also could not make it to Team India. Gaikwad and Rahul have been out of the T20 team for a long time. Rahul had gone on Australia tour for the Test series. He can be given a chance for the ODI series.

Team India has given Abhishek Sharma a chance for the T20 series against England. Abhishek has given strong performances on many occasions. He has played 12 T20 International matches for India. He has scored 256 runs during this period. With this, 3 wickets have been taken. Abhishek has also scored a century. His recent performance is also good. Abhishek had played an inning of 170 runs for Punjab in domestic cricket. After this, 93 runs were scored against Hyderabad.
