India vs England ODI Series: The ODI series between India and England will start from 6 February. Team India has not been announced yet for this series. But soon the Board of Control for Cricket in India can announce the players. All-rounders Hardik Pandya and Shreyas Iyer may return. Along with him, Arshdeep Singh may also get a chance to make a comeback. Iyer has recently performed amazingly in domestic cricket. Arshdeep also looks in rhythm.
According to a news in ‘Times of India’, Pandya, Iyer and Arshdeep Singh may return to Team India. Pandya has been out of India’s ODI team for a long time. He played his last ODI for India in October 2023. Whereas the last T20 match was played in November 2024. Pandya is playing in domestic matches these days. However, nothing special can be done here at the moment. But keeping the Champions Trophy in mind, you may get a chance.
Shreyas Iyer’s return almost certain –
Iyer has recently performed strongly in the Vijay Hazare Trophy. He scored an explosive century against Puducherry. Iyer had played an unbeaten inning of 137 runs. He also scored a century against Karnataka. Iyer had scored unbeaten 114 runs in this match. Iyer plays for Mumbai in domestic cricket. He can make a comeback in Team India.
Deadly bowler Arshdeep can also make a comeback against England –
Arshdeep Singh is playing for Punjab in domestic cricket. He has bowled lethally recently. Arshdeep took 4-4 wickets against Puducherry and Hyderabad. 5 wickets were taken against Mumbai. Also bowled lethally against Karnataka and Saurashtra.
