India Pakistan Ceasefire: After the war between India and Pakistan, the IPL 2025 can resume again. Due to tension between the two countries, the BCCI suspended the IPL for a week. But now after the ceasefire between Indo-Pak, it can be expected that the IPL can be resumed.

Suspended for a week

The Board of Control for Cricket in India canceled the ongoing match between Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals on Thursday, 8 May. The reason behind this was the ongoing tension between India and Pakistan. The BCCI gave a major verdict on IPL 2025 the next day on Friday, 9 May, stating that the IPL is suspended for a week in view of the current situation. But now the IPL can start soon again due to peace between India and Pakistan.

The match will be played again between Punjab-Delhi

This match between Delhi Capitals and Punjab Kings can be played again. There has been no change after the cancellation of that match in the points table on the official website of IPL so far. This match has not been added to the account of both teams. Due to this, it can be estimated that this match between Delhi-Punjab will be played again. But no official information has been revealed by the BCCI yet.
