Four teams are still waiting for the captain
Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Gujarat, Punjab and Rajasthan have declared the captains of their respective teams. But right now RCB, Lucknow Super Giants, Delhi Capitals and Kolkata Knight Riders are waiting for their leader. On one hand, Virat Kohli may be struggling with poor form, but speculations are high that he will get the captaincy of RCB again. Rishabh Pant, who went from Delhi to Lucknow, is the most expensive player of IPL. Lucknow bought him for Rs 27 crore. There are speculations that Pant will get the captaincy of LSG. According to reports, both KL Rahul and Akshar Patel can together take charge of Delhi Capitals, while the leadership of KKR can go into the hands of Venkatesh Iyer.
