Based on his complaint, the police registered a case against two unidentified persons BNS Section 351 (criminal intimidation), 352 (deliberately insulting with the intention of disturbing peace), 75 (sexual harassment which includes physical contact with unwanted proposals) and 79 (insulting the dignity of the woman).
