Russia-ukraine war: Ukraine’s President Volodimir Jailonsky has agreed to a 30 -day ceasefire in the war with Russia. He has also agreed to start a conversation to maintain peace with Russia. Ukraine announced this after a meeting in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday with US officials. After this agreement, the US has immediately lifted the ban on military aid and intelligence sharing on Ukraine.
External Affairs Minister Marco Rubio, who led the US delegation to talk in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, said that Washington would offer a ceasefire in front of Kremlin. Rubio said, ‘We will tell them (Putin) what this issue is. Ukraine is ready to stop firing and start a conversation and now it will depend on them what they want. If they do not say, then we will know what obstacle is for peace.
