Rates increased by 34 percent on Shiprapath of Mansarovar
In Mansarovar, DLC rates have also been increased by 34 percent on Shiprapath 60 feet wide roads. Here, earlier the DLC rate on 60 feet road was Rs 11225, which has now been increased to Rs 15000. Similarly, on Shiprapath itself, residential DLC on 80 feet road was increased by 32 percent from Rs 13646 to Rs 18000. Rates increased by 20 percent in Muralipura, VKI, Vidyadhar Nagar DLC rates have been increased by 15 percent in Muralipura A, B, C, D blocks. 20 percent in Metal Colony in Ambabadi area, J.P. DLC rates have been increased by 17 percent in Colony Naya Kheda, 19 percent in Shivshakti Colony near Nahri Ka Naka and 22 percent in New Subhash Colony.
DLC rates have been increased by 26 percent in Sirsi Road and its surrounding areas Panchyawala, Meenawala, Kanakpura, Jaipuri Ka Bas, Gokulpura, Dhawas, Badarwas area.
