Azerbaijan Airlines said that there were 67 people on board the plane. There were 62 passengers and five crew members. Kazakhstan media quoted the country’s Deputy Prime Minister as saying that 38 people have died in this accident. “A plane operating on the Baku-Grozny route crashed near the city of Aktau.
