
Football match in kerela: A major accident took place in Kerala on Tuesday night. More than 30 spectators were scorched in the fire during a football match in Arikode city of Malappuram district. The incident happened just before the match started.
In fact, before the match, the organizers held a strong fireworks program here. Meanwhile, the firecrackers uncontrolled and started bursting among the audience sitting in the stadium. In such a situation, there was chaos. Thankfully, there was no loss of life in this accident, although according to eyewitnesses, three spectators are badly scorched in this accident and are undergoing treatment.
What did the Arikode police tell?
The Arikode police told ‘ANI’, “an accident occurred during a football match near Arikode in Mallapuram district of Kerala. In this, 30 people have been injured due to fireworks. Crackers were released just before the football match started, which started falling among the audience sitting in the field. All the injured have been admitted to the nearest hospital. No one is seriously injured. Waiting for more information.

This was the final match of the Sevance Football Tournament in Therattammal, Ericode. That is why strong fireworks were arranged. The final match was to be played between ‘United FC Nellikuth’ and ‘KMG Mavur’.
