According to meteorologists, there will be severe cold in the state for the next two days, while there will be relief from the cold wave of December 15 and the temperature will increase. The lowest temperature in the last 24 hours was recorded in Fatehpur. In Fatehpur, the mercury reached the freezing point in the morning, due to which the water kept in the utensils kept in the open area here froze. Cold has also increased in Nagaur, Churu and Sikar. In many areas, a situation like frost has arisen in crops.

Melting occurred during the day in the desert area
In the desert areas Jaisalmer and Bikaner, the maximum day temperature was recorded below 25 degrees Celsius yesterday. The maximum temperature in Bikaner was 23.8 degrees Celsius while in Jaisalmer it was 23.5 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature in Churu was 22.6 and in Jodhpur the maximum temperature was 25 degrees Celsius.
According to meteorologists, there will be a slight change in the direction of the winds from December 15. At present, northerly winds are blowing, which are likely to be north-westerly from December 15 onwards.
Due to this, the effect of cold waves in the north-western districts of Rajasthan will be less and there may be a slight increase in day as well as night temperatures.
