Mohammed Shami Bengal: Mohammed Shami is completely fit and in form. He performed amazingly in the pre-quarterfinal match of Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2024. Shami played the role of all-rounder for Bengal in the match played against Chandigarh. Bengal has made it to the quarter-finals on the basis of Shami’s explosive innings and bowling. Bengal will face Baroda in the quarter finals. This match will be played on Wednesday.

The quarter-final match between Bengal and Baroda will be played in Bangalore on Wednesday, 11 December. Bengal also played the pre-quarterfinal match here. Now the team that wins the quarter-final match will make it to the semi-finals. The quarter final match will not be easy for Bengal. He may face tough competition from Baroda. Baroda has also performed well in the tournament so far.

Batting for Bengal in the pre-quarterfinal match, he scored unbeaten 32 runs in 17 balls. This innings of Shami included 3 fours and 2 sixes. Shami’s runs were very useful for Bengal. Bengal defeated Chandigarh by just 3 runs. This match was very exciting. Shami also did wonders in bowling and took 1 wicket.

When will the semi-final match be played after the quarter finals?

The first quarter-final of Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2024 is between Baroda and Bengal. The second quarter final will be between Delhi and Uttar Pradesh. The third match will be played between Madhya Pradesh and Saurashtra. The fourth match will be held between Mumbai and Vidarbha. After this, the first and second semi-finals will be played on Friday, 13 December. The final match will be held in Bangalore on 15th December.
