Artificial intelligence company Openai’s popular chatbot chatgpt has gone down at the global level on Tuesday (June 10). Thousands of users around the world are not able to use this AI platform. Most of the India and America users have filed complaints of chatgpt down.
According to the Real-Time Monitoring platform dowdater, users in India have been reporting to be chatgpt down since 12 noon. Around 3:00 pm, more than 800 users from India have filed complaints. At the same time, more than 1,000 users in UK and America have reported its down.
Users are getting error messages on Chatgpt
Such error messages are seen by users using Chatgpt to ‘something wrong’ and ‘there is any problem in the network’. Apart from this, please check your connection and error messages are also being received.
Openai said- We are investigating the problem
Openai confirmed the outage on its status page, saying that API, Chatgpt and Sora have been down. On AI platforms, users are facing high error rates and latency. Right now we are investigating the problem.
However, the company did not say how long it may take for this problem to recover. Apart from this, users have been advised to check the status page of the company for real-time updates of the operational states of ChatjiPT.
