Imran Khan News: There is an atmosphere of fear between India and Pakistan everywhere. Meanwhile, a petition was filed in a court of Pakistan on Friday for the release of former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan who was jailed. This petition has been filed with India amidst the tension of Pakistan.
Imran Khan’s party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf said in a WhatsApp message that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister and party leader Ali Amin Gandapur has approached the Islamabad High Court for the release of the party founder.
Imran should be released in view of the situation of war- petition
72 -year -old Imran Khan has been kept in Rawalpindi’s Adiala Jail. The WhatsApp message states, “Islamabad High Court has been knocked for the release of Imran Khan. Chief Minister Ali Amin has filed an application. “It said,” It has been requested that given the position of the current war with India, for national harmony and solidarity and due to the possibility of a drone attack in Adiala Jail, they should be immediately released on parole/examination. “The court has not set any date for hearing the petition.
India-Pakistan relations soured
After the Pahalgam terror attack, relations between India and Pakistan have come to an end. Giving a strong reply to the terrorist attack on April 22 in Pahalgam, the Indian armed forces carried out accurate missile attacks on nine terrorist bases in Pakistan -occupied Kashmir (POK) and Pakistan under ‘Operation Sindoor’ on Tuesday and Wednesday night.
