Owaisi’s first reaction on ‘Places of Worship Act’, said- 5 lives were lost in the survey, Modi government…

Hearing was held in the Supreme Court on Thursday on petitions challenging the legality of the Places of Worship Act 1991. The case was heard by a special bench of Chief Justice Sanjiv Khanna, Justice Sanjay Kumar and Justice KV Vishwanathan. SG Tushar Mehta appeared on behalf of the Central Government and said that he will file an affidavit. During the hearing, the Supreme Court said that it will issue orders regarding filing of new suits. AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi’s statement has also come out on this.

AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi said, “When this Place of Worship Act was made, it meant that there should be no mismanagement in the country, no riots, there should be peace in the country. What we are seeing now, especially in Sambhal. It happened, the case was filed within one and a half hour, the survey was done, then the team came for the second survey. In that we see that violence took place and 5 innocent Muslims were killed by the police. Went.”

AIMIM Chief welcomed SC’s decision

He further said that today’s decision of the Supreme Court, keeping that Act in front, the SC has said that now no survey will be conducted. No case will be heard in any court until the SC hearing is completed. this is so true. Repeatedly going to the court that there was no mosque here, this happened 500 years ago, is absolutely wrong. It is an Act of Parliament. The Indian government is not posting any reply. It is a good decision. At least this will not cause riots, people will not lose their lives. Will they take the country forward or what will they do? Now there is an order of the Supreme Court, obviously the lower courts will have to listen to this.

The CJI asked the Central Government to file its reply and give a copy of its copy to the petitioners. CJI said that no other shoot will be filed now. CJI said that many questions have been raised. We will hear all that. The CJI said that two suits are already pending in the Supreme Court. The Mathura case is pending with us.

CJI said that we will issue orders regarding filing of new suits. CJI said that we will issue whatever order we want. The CJI gave four weeks time to the central government to file its reply. CJI said that after the Centre’s reply is filed, those who want to file their reply can file their reply within four weeks. CJI said that we will not be able to take a decision without the Centre’s response. We want to know the stand of the Central Government in this matter. CJI said that fresh suits can be filed but there will be no hearing on them. CJI said that the courts will not pass effective and final orders on the petitions which are currently pending in different courts of the country. Will not even order a survey.
