Pakistan vs West Indies Test Squad: West Indies cricket team is on Pakistan tour. A two-match Test series will be played between Pakistan and West Indies from January 17. Pakistan Cricket Board has announced the team for this. Pak team will play under the captaincy of Shan Masood. Experienced players Babar Azam and Imam-ul-Haq are also part of the squad. Pakistan has made a total of seven changes for this series. Sajid Khan and Abrar Ahmed have returned.
Pakistan recently had to face defeat in the Test against South Africa. After this, PCB has made many important changes in the team. He has given another chance to captain Shan Masood as well as Babar Azam. Both these players had performed well against South Africa. Saud Shakeel, Kamran Ghulam, Khurram Shahzad, Mohammad Rizwan, Noman Ali and Salman Ali Aga have also got a chance again.
To whom did Pakistan give a chance?
To strengthen the spin department, Pakistan has included off-spinner Sajid Khan and mystery spinner Abrar Ahmed in the team. Opening batsmen Imam-ul-Haq and Mohammad Huraira have also been brought back in place of Saim Ayub and out-of-form Abdullah Shafiq. Ayub was injured during the match against South Africa.
