A spokesman for the Foreign Office said that Pakistan is ready to negotiate with the new US administration to carry forward long -term bilateral relations. He said, “Pakistan is committed to having a strong and strong relationship with the US based on the principle of not interfering in internal affairs.”

Shafakat Ali Khan also condemned the new attacks of the Israeli army on Gaza during the ongoing ceasefire and expressed strong opposition from Pakistan over the increase in violence despite the agreement. He said, “We urge the international community to develop a concrete plan for the reconstruction of Gaza as per the proposals of the United Nations Security Council.”
