India thwarted drone attacks in Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and Rajasthan on Thursday (May 8, 2025) by Pakistan. After this, India also retaliated and attacked drone at many places including Lahore and Karachi. Nervous by India’s retaliation, PAK has once again resorted to lies.
In Islamabad, a spokesman for the Pakistan Foreign Ministry issued a press release saying that the Government of Pakistan dismisses the unfair and irresponsible allegations promoted by the Indian media, alleging Pakistan of attacking Pathankot, Jaisalmer and Srinagar. These claims are part of a baseless campaign made with the aim of completely inspired by baseless politics and defaming Pakistan. Pakistan has appealed to the countries around the world to convince India and advise India to exercise restraint.
‘Pakistan charges without any reliable investigation’
In a statement issued by the Ministry of External Affairs, Pakistan said that the repeated pattern of accusing Pakistan without any reliable investigation reflects the strategy taken in deliberately to create an excuse for aggression and to destabilize the region. Such actions not only threatens regional peace, but also reflect a disturbing desire to take advantage of misinformation for political and military purposes.
‘We appeal to the international community to pay serious attention’
It has been said by Pakistan that we urge the international community to seriously pay attention to this dangerous behavior and advise India for restraint and responsibility. Any increase on the basis of false excuse will be encountered with full resolution and determination to protect Pakistan’s sovereignty and regional integrity.
He further said that Pakistan is cautious and is strongly committed to peace, but it will not be afraid of provoking or misleading. Pakistan reserves the right to respond to the acts of aggression. These allegations are rejected in strong terms.
