
Pakistani woman entering India’s border was sent back to her country on Tuesday. The Border Security Force (BSF) handed over Pakistani woman Humara to Pakistan from Binjor Post in Anupgarh. During this, a flag meeting was also held between BSF officials and BSR rank officials of Pakistan Rangers.
After interrogation of the woman and completion of the legal process, officials of the 23rd Corps of BSF handed over Humara to Pakistan Rangers under appropriate procedures. During this time, women police were also present.
Humara entered the Indian border on March 17. After this, BSF personnel had asked the woman to go back to the Pakistani border, but the woman refused to do so, after which the BSF took her into custody. After this, BSF made primary inquiry, after which it was sent to the Joint Investigation Center in Sriganganagar.
During this time, Humara was questioned by various security agencies for about five days. During the initial interrogation, he expressed his desire to take refuge in India and said that if he was sent back, his life could be in danger. The woman had told herself that she is a resident of Dagri Khan village in Ketch district of Balochistan. She also told that her husband’s name is Wasim and her parents are originally from Karachi. Security personnel recovered a mobile phone and jewelery from him.
This incident of Humara coming to India took place after a recently occurred train hijacking in the Balochistan region of Pakistan, which made Baluchistan a topic of discussion all over the world.
